We were thrilled to be invited to participate in the 17th Design on a Dime 2022 event. Design on a Dime is a multi-day benefit event, where guests will get an exclusive first look and opportunity to shop beautifully curated vignettes designed by top interior designers. All merchandise will be for sale marked 50-80% off retail prices. All proceeds of these sales support Housing Works’ mission which since 2004, Design on a Dime has raised over $20 million. Housing Works advocates for policies that address health equity and social justice and operates community healthcare clinics, supportive housing, and other supportive services on behalf of people living with HIV/AIDS, those experiencing homelessness, the LGBTQ community, and all New Yorkers in need.
This year we were able to gather gorgeous items donated from our favorite vendors to create a vignette that marries the exotic international exuberance of Milanese designer Nicolo Castellini Baldissera and the refined 20th century high-society eclecticism of design legend Billy Baldwin. We not only had fun but were happy to raise money for this incredible cause from what we do best, design beautiful interiors!
